  They aren't consistent. My girlfriends gets the roast beef sliders with no swiss, add cheddar sauce and I get the turkey slider add lettuce. Sometimes on the reciept, they charge for the cheddar and other times its free as a substitution. For mine, sometimes they'll say they can't put the lettuce on it and put it in a container on the side and other times, its no big deal and the lettuce comes on my sandwich. Another time we ordered some food and a java milkshake. They gave us the milkshake and asked us to pull up, which was fine because we weren't in a hurry. The milkshake wasn't stirred at all but nothing I couldn't fix. We waited for a while it seemed and when they brought the food out they said there was a problem with the milkshake machine. I wouldn't doubt that considering the shape my shake was in but I already it and wasn't sure why that had anything to do with why we waited so long for our food.... Other than that, they are usually pretty fast and friendly.

  Not a bad location, but I prefer the other Trussville location better. This location is hard to get into and leave from
