5 customers waiting for pick up
Took 7 minutes before order was taken. Served a man 2 people behind in me line just because he only wanted a slider. What happened to first come first served?
Ordered pecan chicken sandwich combo. Bread was hard and stale with chicken salad only in middle of the bread which is not like other Arby's portions. Only 4 medium sized onion rings in the large size box.
All the time the manager was standing around doing nothing when it was obvious the staff needed help.
Need to shut the place down as this Arby's makes all the others look badFebruary 01, 2017
