- 1 / 5By Jen CarterAWFUL SERVICE! We special ordered a meal for my husband (he is allergic to mayo), drove home and the sandwich was COVERED in mayo. My husband returned to the restaurant to get his meal fixed and was told since he did not have the receipt (he was in a different car) the order was rung up incorrectly. She preceded to throw away the sandwich and the fries, which were in the sandwich box, and made a new sandwich. After receiving the sandwich he asked for fries as well (keep in mind they were thrown away with the sandwich) and was told that there was nothing wrong with the fries and he could buy some more. We will NEVER visit this Arby's location again.November 13, 2016
