  Food quality is inconsistent (sometimes the fries are fresh, sometimes they are very stale) and wait times can be very long.

  What's with all the negative comments? What people fail to realize, some (not all) of these people work hard at their job. Y'all complain but, fail to realize the food also has to be cooked as well. And who knows, they might be short staffed as well.If they give y'all cold food, y'all would be complaining too. Just shut up and go to a different one if you don't like this one because y'all know y'all still visit the same McDonald's y'all complain about. Every McDonald's has its pros and cons. So until you have worked fast food, and deal with multiple people yelling at you about their food, then don't speak on it. It's a lot of pressure working in fast food. Coming from someone who has worked it. It's harder than you think. It's not as easy as you think. The employees be under pressure too.
